Container Temperature

This Thermoshield Container Application shows how the interior temperature of a Container can be reduced quite simply by encapsulating the Container with our Thermoshield thermal insulation coating.

The First step was to identify the interior metal surface temperature of the Container, this was shot with an Infra-Red Heat Gun as shown(65.9°C), prior to the Thermoshield Insulation being applied, this was conducted at 11:00am in the morning with the results as shown, ambient outside Temperature was 32°C.

The Second step was to power-wash the roof and four sides of the Container.

The Third step was to Ectch the Container prior to the Thermoshield Insulation being applied, Fourth step was to apply two coats of the Thermoshield Insulation, this was completed which now allowed us to identify the interior metal surface temperature of the Container, this was shot with an Infra-Red Heat Gun as shown, this was done the next morning at 11:00am as shown(36.8°C), ambient outside Temperature was 32°C.
